The sales are rolling in this week and there are so many amazing deals out there! One of the big sales is 50% off everything at the GAP! New arrivals are included and there are no exclusions! I was looking for some new pajamas so I thought I’d check out the sale. When I walked in the store, I was pleasantly surprised to find so many great styles at such amazing prices. Based on all of the good stuff I was saw, I decided to do a new Dressing Room Diaries post to feature the GAP 50% off sale!
Before I get to the try-on session, here’s a fun little fact about me. My first “real” job in high school was at the GAP. I wasn’t able to drive yet so my parents would take me to work and pick me up when my shifts were over. I absolutely LOVED working there and loved shopping there too. At one point in high school, I was fully outfitted from head to toe in GAP apparel! Now that I think about it, I probably didn’t even bring home a paycheck since I’m pretty sure I spent all of my earnings on new clothes. The employee discounts each month were too hard to pass up so my job funded my high school wardrobe.
Fast forward many (and I mean MANY) years, I haven’t been shopping at the GAP as much. For quite a while, their stuff didn’t appeal to me as much as it did when I was younger. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the store earlier this week and there were so many great styles. I went in for pajamas and ended up taking a huge armful of clothes into the dressing room. While there were some items that didn’t work for me, I found others that I bought and love. I’ll definitely be going back to check out their collections more often!
Okay, now for the good stuff! Below are the items I tried on. Everything you see here is a regular size (although I probably would have been better off with petite sizes in a couple of items) but GAP does sell petite and tall sizes on their website.
